We provide an online community of care that connects, coordinates and tracks all those who are involved in the correctional/rehabilitative life cycle, including those with the most stake (the justice involved youth or adult, him/herself). Our technology seeks to empower all involved to assess, assign and encourage completion of treatment plans that will improve success in the community. We enjoy knowing our software at the end of the day is being used to help people. Job Overview The Human Resources Assistant position consists of administrative responsibilities and project opportunities. This individual will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and assist in daily tasks as directed. In this capacity, the Human Resource Intern will have exposure to a broad range of HR functions. This is a full-time, remote role requiring strong and reliable internet connectivity. Responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following: Administrative Responsibilities Assist with recruiting to source candidates who are good fit for the role and the company Assist with onboarding tasks to prepare new employees for their first day Work collaboratively with employees and managers to update job descriptions as needed Steward the probationary and periodic review processes Manage the CJIS compliance process Other duties as assigned Project Opportunities In addition to administrative duties, there will be ample opportunity to work on compensation plans and corporate training plans, create employee bios, help shape our diversity, equity and inclusivity initiatives or other projects identified by management or the assistant. Qualifications Associates degree in Human Resource Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications Strong customer service and the ability to work with a variety of people Ability to follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in an virtual environment We Highly Value Passion for and responsibility to the customer/partner Must be self-starting, hardworking and inquisitive Leadership through innovation in everything you do Passion for what you do and being self-critical to improve Relentless commitment to win Personal and corporate integrity
